Free shipping

All orders ship free to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 4-8 business days, depending on your state and city.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at soportethepetface@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Address

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
