90-Day Guarantee

We want you and your dog to love THEPETFACE. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

How to request a return

Email us at soportethepetface@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Conditions

• The request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
• Return the complete product. It can be used.
• We can't accept returns sent without contacting us first.

Customers in the European Union

In addition to our guarantee, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 90-day guarantee extends this period.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send you a new one or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Size or color exchanges

Wrong size? Email us and we'll help you exchange it for another size (XS, S, M, L or XL) or color.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.
