Free shipping

All orders ship free.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another one with your tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, your order arrives in 4-8 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package at all times.

Delays

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by carrier issues, weather or peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at soportethepetface@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Address

Please double-check your address and phone number when ordering. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to fix it before shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send you a new one or give you a full refund.
